Catalog existing furniture, art and other items, document office requirements, gather floor plans and dimensions and create floor plan.
Develop overall design concept, approve high level floor plan.
Refine design gaining approval on all details, sign off overall budget.
Manage all orders, vendors, contractors. Coordinate all installation and completing punch list.
